Muffin Tops

I was craving blueberry muffins, so I tried out this recipe from Gourmet. The best part of the muffin is the top, so why not make muffin tops? If you make this recipe, don't bother buying a fancy "muffin top" tin. A regular muffin tin worked just fine. These muffins are DELICIOUS!

This picture is of another muffin top that has been baking. Can't wait to meet the little guy in eight short weeks!

It is my dad's 60th birthday today! Wish I could go home and celebrate with my family. Happy birthday, Dad!

My goodness those are seriously the best muffins I have ever tasted! Great job babes. I like the belly pic too! You kind of look like a blueberry with that shirt and that pooch!

Hey Em, so great to get caught up a bit by reading your great blog! I'm probably going to be working in Henrik's lab for a week in mid to late April... so we need to figure out where to stick me!!! Much love, Pops

Dear Emily,
You look awesome!! It is hard to believe you are 8 weeks away from delivery. I think Aaron chose well the fabric for Baby Nudel's visual stimulation! How are you feeling?
Thanks for the chocolate! Are you baking with the powdered Vanilla?
Soon you will be settled in your new digs...do you wish you had brought more things from here?
Miss you and sending loads of love,
barbara
