Raspberry Cobbler

I made Martha Stewart's raspberry cobbler recipe this week and it was delicious! The recipe is from one of her old cookbooks.

Aaron and I have been gardening like crazy getting ready for my step-sister's bridal shower next weekend. I planted four dahlia plants, pansies, and some other pretty flowers. Tomorrow we are going to rent a pressure washer and clean up the driveway and patio. I will post pictures of the patio this week.

I haven't been sewing since the weather has been so nice, but I am planning on pickling vegetables in a couple of weeks. I am going to make giardiniera, pickled green beans, and sweet or dill pickles. I would consider giving pepper jelly another try. (Last year the jelly never set and it was very disappointing!)

To my in-laws' dismay, Chase dug holes in the backyard, where he likes to hide his bones.

Chase and his friend Max love to play tug of war. What cuties!

Chase! No!

Yum, that cobbler looks amazing!

Don't forget to post a picture of the newly cleaned patio.

Love, Mom
