Today Aaron signed the lease for a really cute and VERY small "bungalow" in the suburbs of Copenhagen. We are renting the first floor of a cottage that has a master bedroom, nursery for the baby, and a yard for Chase. The town is charming! There is a butcher, cheese shop, bakery, library, ice-cream shop, pizza parlor, wine shop, vet clinic, various boutiques, as well as a grocery store 1/2 a block away from the house. We move in April 1st, and we can't wait! Nearby there is a walking path that winds around a lake and the dog park is a ten minute walk from the house. Our town is also near an international school, where I can substitute teach once the baby is older.

I had a craving for cinnamon rolls this weekend, so I made this Bon App├ętit recipe today. They are to die for!!!! It was quite amusing trying to track down ingredients in the grocery store and not being completely sure that we were buying the right thing. We were convinced that a bag of oatmeal was really a bag of flour, until a nice lady set us straight. I guess that's what happens when you don't read or speak another language.

Hi Em,
We wonder what the name of your town is. Good to read your news.
