Our sweet neighbors, B & S, gave us the most delicious chanterelle mushrooms this weekend. They go mushroom hunting every year and frequently sell various types of mushrooms to restaurants. This morning I sauteed the chanterelles in butter and garlic and made scrambled eggs. Yum!

For dinner, we found this delicious recipe on Epicurious. The recipe is from Bon Appetit Magazine and it has our stamp of approval! We made an extra pizza and dropped it off at B & S's house and they were delighted. They had been cooking mushroom soup all day and gave us some.
