My Husband, The Hero

Aaron, Chase, and I were on the way to the dog park when we met a woman who was trying to catch her neighbor's dog, Bella Donna, who escaped. We jumped in the car and joined the chase. The great dane (who is very skittish) weaved through neighborhoods and then headed down to a four lane highway by our house. Aaron and I were afraid for this pup's life, so Aaron hopped out of the car and started running after the dog on foot, in the median of this busy road! Aaron chased the pup for a couple of miles when he was picked up by a friendly dog-lover named Michaela who flipped a U-turn to help save Bella Donna. Aaron, Michaela, and four other cars who were following by this time, were able to corral Bella and finally catch her. We called the vet this morning and got into contact with Bella's owners, who were very happy to get their pup back. I am so proud of my husband, the hero!
